Self Service Queue

Customers arrives , take a photo of the QR Code displayed at the store front, join the queue using their mobile phone and monitor their queue status.

Online Remote Queue

Your Customers can go to a custom web URL using their mobile phone, register for the queue, and monitor their queue status online.

Online Appointment

Allow your Customers to register online for their preferred appointment times.



1. Join Queue

Customer arrives at the location, scans QR Code to join the queue. Alternatively if they don’t have a mobile device they can join the queue on QRight tablet device

2. Select Service

Customer selects the service (if configured) and join the queue using their mobile device or QRight tablet

3. Live Queue Status Update

Customer gets the queue status update on his/her mobile device and SMS notification (optional) on the mobile device



4. Call  Next Waiting Ticket

Customer service staff calls the customer waiting in the queue using QRight call next module (URL link on browser) 



5. Display Screen

Next to be served number is displayed on display screen (optional) .

Real time queue status update

The Customers can monitor their real time queue status using their mobile phone.
